How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 7 working days after receipt. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at artisticnature.art@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate you. Once processed, the shipping time will depend on your location. In Singapore shipping time is typically 2-3 working days. For international orders, the shipping time is 5-21 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote if your country is not listed at checkout. Please note that customs/import duties and taxes may be applied in the destination country, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover these charges if they are applied.
Do you ship to the UK?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the UK as we are not registered as a UK VAT business.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we offer express delivery for an additional cost. Please contact us at artisticnature.art@gmail.com to request a quote for express shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, for local orders in Singapore, free tracked shipping is available for orders above Sgd$30. For international orders, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
How are the orders packaged?
All orders will be securely packed within a cardboard envelope or box. Larger prints may be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube to ensure their protection during transit.
Can I request a custom-sized print?
Yes, we offer custom-sized prints in centimetres and inches. Please contact us at artisticnature.art@gmail.com to discuss your specific requirements and pricing.
Can I download digital prints?
We only offer physical prints and greeting cards at this time.

What is your return and refund policy?
If you are in any way disappointed with your order, please contact us at artisticnature.art@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, so that we can make it right. Please note that returns due to a change of mind or customer error will require the customer to bear the shipping costs. Custom sized prints and digital downloads are non-returnable items.
